Toronto
If you are flying on a domestic flight, you can check in online or at one of our
self-service kiosks. These kiosks are in three locations: in the Union Station Skywalk
on Station Street, one block south of Front Street; in the land-side ferry terminal
facility; and in our check-in area at Toronto City Centre Airport.
If you have luggage to check, you must have your bags tagged by a Customer Service
Representative at Toronto City Centre Airport, or check-in at the terminal. Baggage
cannot be tagged at the kiosks located in Union Station or the land-side ferry terminal.
If you are flying to the United States, as an international passenger you must check
in with a Customer Service Representative at Toronto City Centre Airport.
Please review our
Check-In Times to ensure you allow sufficient time to reach the gate.
