If you have not already registered as an agent, please read the following steps carefully:
Step 1:
Click on Agency Registration and complete the required fields. As part of the process, you will be asked to register an Agency Administrator. The Agency Administrator will be the point of contact with Porter Airlines, and will be responsible for activating other agents in his or her agency. The Agency Administrator will receive an email confirmation from Porter Airlines indicating that we have received the registration information.
Step 2:
One of our associates will contact you directly (either through fax or email) to provide the Agency Terms and Conditions. Please review and return a signed copy of the Agency Terms and Conditions via fax or email. You will be notified via email when your agency has been activated.
Step 3:
Any agent within the activated agency can register through Agent Registration. Please note that any agent registration is “Pending” until activated by the Agency Administrator.
Step 4:
The Agency Administrator can sign-in through Agent Sign-In and view pending agent registrations via the Agent List. The Agency Administrator can then activate, suspend or terminate any agents within the Agent List.
Step 5:
Activated agents can now book by entering the site through Agent Sign-In.
