If you are travelling on a domestic flight, you can check-in online or at one of our self-service kiosks. At Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, dedicated Porter kiosks are in two locations: in the mainland ferry terminal facility and our check-in area on the island. You can also use shared kiosks at some other Canadian airports Porter operates from.
If you have luggage to check, you must have your bags tagged by a Customer Service Representative at the check-in counter upon arrival at the terminal. Baggage cannot be tagged at kiosks.
All international passengers must check-in with a Customer Service Representative at the terminal. Online or kiosk check-in is not available.
