Porter Pass
Porter Passes are available in prepaid packages of 10, 20, 50 and 100 one-way flights. You can redeem them online for travel on various Porter routes.
Each Porter Pass contains multiple one-way flights and includes scheduled connecting routes.
Please note that packages of 10 flights are non-transferable.
Porter Passes are only available for passengers residing in Canada or the United States.
Porter Passes are perfect for passengers who:

3 types of Porter Passes are available for purchase. Pick the Pass that best suits your needs:
- Triangle - For travel between Toronto and Ottawa or Montréal
- Canada - Valid for travel within Canada *
- U.S. and Canada - Valid for travel on all Porter routes *
Porter Passes include all fees. Tax (as applicable) will be added to the base cost of Porter Passes at the time of purchase.

Firm
- Packages of 10 flights are non-transferable
- Triangle Pass is valid for travel between Toronto and Ottawa or Montréal
- Flights must be booked a minimum of 7 days in advance of travel
- All travel subject to limited Porter Firm Class seat availability
- Valid for weekday travel from 6–6:59 a.m., 10 a.m.–2:59 p.m. and 7:01–11:59 p.m. and weekend travel
- Complimentary seat selection
- No changes are permitted within 7 days of travel. Changes are permitted prior to this time for $50 CAD per direction
- Cancellations are permitted up to 1 hour prior to departure for $50 CAD per direction. Cancelled flights will be available for rebooking. No shows are not permitted and will result in the forfeiting of unused flights
- Eligible VIPorter members earn 375 VIPorter points per direction
- Valid for travel within 365 days from the date of purchase
- Porter Passes are not for resale
Flexible
- Packages of 10 flights are non-transferable
- Triangle Pass is valid for travel between Toronto and Ottawa or Montréal
- Canada Pass is valid for travel within Canada
- U.S. and Canada Pass is valid for travel on all Porter routes
- Travel any time, subject to availability in Porter Flexible Class
- Complimentary seat selection
- Book your flight up to 1 hour before travel
- Make changes to your reservation up to 1 hour prior to departure for $25 CAD per direction
- Same-day changes are permitted at the airport for a $25 CAD fee per direction plus applicable taxes, subject to availability. Passengers may also fly standby on any same-day earlier flight for no charge
- Cancellations are permitted up to 1 hour prior to departure for $25 CAD per direction. Cancelled flights will be available for rebooking. No shows are not permitted and will result in the forfeiting of unused flights
- Eligible VIPorter members earn 750 VIPorter points per direction
- Valid for travel within 365 days from the date of purchase
- Porter Passes are not for resale
Freedom
- Packages of 10 flights are non-transferable
- Triangle Pass is valid for travel between Toronto and Ottawa or Montréal
- Canada Pass is valid for travel within Canada

Will I collect VIPorter when booking a flight with my Porter Pass?
Eligible VIPorter members earn points per direction and fare class upon completion of flight. Only travelling passenger receives points, not the booking contact or the purchaser of the Pass. Click here for a detailed list of VIPorter points per fare class.
How long are my Porter Passes valid?
Porter Passes are valid 365 days from the date of purchase. Unused Passes are non-refundable.
Can I get a refund for unused flight credits?
Porter Passes are non-refundable and no refund, in whole or in part, will be issued for unused or forfeited flight credits.
Can I change or cancel Porter Pass bookings?
Porter Pass flight changes or cancellations can be made online by signing into your VIPorter account or by calling our Call Centre Changes and cancellations are subject to the conditions of the fare rules.
Can I book flights with my Porter Passes on other airlines?
Porter Passes can be used only on flights operated by Porter Airlines.
Can Porter Passes be shared by more than one user?
Packages of 10 flights are non-transferable. All other Porter Passes may be shared by more than one traveller.
Do Porter Passes include fees and taxes?
Porter Passes include all fees. Tax (as applicable) will be added to the base cost of Porter Passes at the time of purchase.
