Passengers can use self check-in kiosks for travel within Canada. For international travel, passengers will need to see a Customer Service Representative at the check-in counter.
If luggage is to be checked, bags must be tagged by a Customer Service Representative at the check-in counter upon arrival at the terminal.
Location:
Kiosks are in two locations: in the land-side ferry terminal facility and in our check-in area at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport.
How kiosk self check-in works:
Begin by tapping the touch screen. Following the instructions on the screen, passengers can identify themselves by using the “keyboard” on the touch screen. Tapping in the confirmation number should bring up your name and air travel itinerary. Simply confirm your flight information by touching an “OK” or “enter” button on the screen.
At this point, the kiosk will print the boarding pass.
