Passengers can access free, fast Wi-Fi onboard our E195 airplanes. Catch up on emails, stream from your favourite site or create some new content - all from your seat.

Watch new Hollywood releases, engaging documentaries, award-winning short films or binge on TV. You’ll have lots of choice.

On flights over 2.5 hours, fresh meal items will be available for purchase.

• All passengers are permitted one personal item on board.
  • Size not exceeding 33 x 43 x 16 cm (13 x 17 x 6 in)
  • Examples include a briefcase, a purse, a camera bag, a laptop computer or small garment bag
• Passengers travelling on a Basic fare are only permitted 1 personal item. All other bags must be checked.

• Standard, Flexible and Freedom fares include two items of carry-on baggage:
  • 1 Personal item, size not exceeding 33 x 43 x 16 cm (13 x 17 x 6 in)
  • 1 Standard carry-on bag, size not exceeding 55 x 23 x 40 cm (21.5 x 9 x 15.5 in)
• Passengers travelling on a Basic fare are only permitted 1 personal item, not exceeding size allowance. All other bags must be checked.

• Flexible and Freedom fares include 1 checked bag:
  • Size and weight not exceeding 158 cm (62 in) (length + width + height) and 23 kg (50 lb) per bag
• Additional special equipment or any oversized or overweight baggage are subject to fees starting from $100.
• Checked in strollers may count as one piece of baggage. For more details, please go to Baggage Allowance for Children and Infants.
• Baggage allowance may differ on itineraries that include flights operated by one of our airline partners. For details, visit Our Airline Partners page.

Passengers flying on a Basic fare can check-in online to sign up for flight notifications, change or upgrade seats (subject to availability), and pay for any checked baggage.

• After check-in is complete, they are required to pick up their boarding passes at the airport check-in counter to verify their cabin baggage , unless they are a VIPorter Venture, Ascent or First member, or have purchased a bundle that includes an electronic boarding pass and a standard carry-on.

Passengers flying on a codeshare flight may be issued a Porter electronic boarding pass.

• Seat selection fees are charged per direction, per passenger, plus applicable taxes and subject to availability.
• If you do not reserve a seat, one will be assigned to you before departure (Rows 8+).
• Seat selection fees are non-refundable.

• PorterClassic Stretch seats, which provide 34 inches of legroom, are included with a Freedom fare.
• Seat selection fees are charged per direction, per passenger, plus applicable taxes and subject to availability.
• PorterClassic Stretch seats are located in rows 5, 6, 7, 13 and 14 on the E195-E2 aircraft.

• All tickets are fully refundable within 24 hours of booking.
• Refunds will be provided in the original form of payment.
• For bookings that are not eligible for an online refund, such as bookings paid in full or in part using a gift certificate, debit or an expired credit card please contact our Call Centre to request a refund.
• For travel agency bookings, please contact them directly for assistance.

• Freedom fare bookings are fully refundable for all cancellations completed up to 1 hour prior to departure time.
• For Standard and Flexible fares, a flight credit will be issued minus the cancellation fee (if any).
• Travel credits may be applied to base fare, airline surcharges and government taxes and fees.
• Travel credits can be used multiple times until the balance is used up.
• All travel using applied credits must be completed within 12 months of original booking.
• Travel credits may be transferred to another traveler, while maintaining the original expiration date.
• Basic fare bookings are not eligible for changes or cancellations.
• No-shows are not permitted, and result in the forfeit of the full amount of the fare at departure time.
• Please note that no-shows at the original point of departure will also result in the cancellation of the remainder of the passenger’s through or connecting flights.

• No changes and cancellations are permitted for flights booked on a Basic fare.
• Changes and cancellations for all other fares are permitted up to 1 hour prior to departure time.
• Fees are charged per direction, per passenger, plus fare difference and applicable taxes, subject to availability.
• Please note that no-shows at the original point of departure will also result in the cancellation of the remainder of the passenger’s through or connecting flights.

• Same day change fees are charged per passenger, per direction, plus applicable taxes.
• Same day changes are permitted up to 1 hour prior to departure time, subject to limited seat availability on the day of departure.
• Travel must be for the same origin and destination, requested on the same day of travel.
• New flight must depart on the same day as the original flight.
• Same-day changes are not available if you have already checked your bags.
• Same-day changes cannot be made on flights operated by a partner airline or when a partner airline flight is part of your itinerary
• No changes are permitted for flights booked in a Basic fare.

• Same-day changes on the day of departure for direct flights between Toronto and New York-Newark are permitted at no additional cost, subject to seat availability, for all fares types except Basic.
• No changes are permitted for flights booked in a Basic fare.
• Same day changes are permitted up to 1 hour prior to departure time through My Bookings or at the airport, subject to limited seat availability on the day of departure.
• Travel must be for the same origin and destination, requested on the same day of travel.
• New flight must depart on the same day as the original flight.
• Same-day changes are not available if you have already checked your bags.
• Same-day changes cannot be made when a partner airline flight is part of your itinerary.

• Same-day changes on the day of departure for direct flights between Toronto (YTZ or YYZ) and Montreal and Ottawa are permitted at the airport at no additional cost, subject to seat availability, for all fares types except Basic.
• No changes are permitted for flights booked in a Basic fare.
• Same day changes are permitted up to 1 hour prior to departure time, subject to limited seat availability on the day of departure.
• Travel must be for the same origin and destination, requested on the same day of travel, with the exception of Toronto when traveling between Toronto (YYZ or YTZ) and Montreal or Ottawa. In those cases, you may choose to depart from or arrive at either Toronto-City (YTZ) or Toronto-Pearson (YYZ), subject to seat availability.
• New flight must depart on the same day as the original flight.
• Same-day changes are not available if you have already checked your bags.
• Same-day changes cannot be made when a partner airline flight is part of your itinerary.
