About my reservation

Porter Escapes is a Travel Industry Council of Ontario registered business led by a dedicated team with tour and travel industry experience, including licensed in-house agents.

TICO develops standards to ensure consumer protection and regulates the travel industry to adhere to these standards.

Yes! VIPorter points are earned on the flight portion of your Porter Escapes package. VIPorter members can earn between 750 and 2,800 VIPorter points per traveller based on the type of package purchased.

Once the reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. The confirmation email is not valid for travel.

Approximately 30 days prior to your departure, you will receive an email with electronic documents (eDocs) that are required for travel.

If your reservation was made online or directly with a Porter Escapes Travel Planner, and you did not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of making your reservation, please contact us at 1-855-372-1100.

If your reservation was made with a travel agent, please inquire with your agent directly.

Flights – Children under the age of 2 do not require the purchase of their own seat. If you have any questions about travelling with your children or wish to purchase a seat for your child under the age of 2, please contact a Porter Escapes Travel Planner at 1-855-372-1100.

Hotel Accommodation – Many Porter Escapes hotel partners allow children to stay for free if sharing a room with 1 or 2 adults. However, some hotel rooms may not accommodate the required occupancy due to size and local fire safety regulations. If you require any special bedding, such as cots or cribs, these are available on request. Please inquire about the type of accommodations available prior to booking.

Porter is pleased to allow your cat or small dog to travel with you in the aircraft cabin, in an airline-approved carrier, provided the carrier fits under the seat in front of you. For detailed information on travelling with your pet, please refer to our Travelling with Pets page.

Porter Escapes offers a variety of pet-friendly hotels and will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please verify on the hotel’s information page if your preferred hotel accommodates pets. If you expect to be travelling with your furry friend, please be sure to specify this request at the time of booking so the appropriate accommodations can be made.

Designated service animals for special needs passengers are always permitted onboard with proper documentation.

Certain fees and rules may apply.

If you require any special assistance on your flight and/or with hotel accommodation, please contact Porter Escapes so that we may ensure all is confirmed prior to your travel. Accessible hotel rooms are based on availability and must be requested.

Manage my vacation package booking (includes travel delays and cancellations)

Changes or cancellations can be made with a Porter Escapes Travel Planner at 1-855-372-1100. If your reservation was made with a travel agent, please inquire with your agent directly.

Cancellation and/or modification fees may apply. Online changes are not possible.

Hotel Accommodations - Modifications to your hotel reservation or extended stays may be granted based on availability and may be subject to new rates. Fees or service charges may apply at the hotel’s discretion.

Flight - If altering your hotel reservation affects your return flight, please contact a Porter Escapes Travel Planner at 1-855-372-1100. If your reservation was made with a travel agent, please inquire with them directly.

Cancellation fees are applicable.

If you have missed your flight, switching flights may be possible, depending on availability. If you are not yet at your departure airport, please contact a Porter Escapes Travel Planner at 1-855-372-1100. If you have already arrived at your departure airport, please inquire with a Porter Airlines team member at the check-in desk.

Any modifications required on a confirmed reservation need to be made by contacting Porter Escapes at 1-855-372-1100. A change fee will be applicable. Name changes and/or corrections may be treated as cancellations, and a cancellation fee will be charged when done inside of 30 days prior to travel.

Promotional rates are not applicable to existing reservations; all packages are priced based on the time of booking and cannot be adjusted after booking.

Porter Escapes may price match similar operators for the same package where applicable. Please contact us with the details and we will advise if possible to do so.

Depending on availability, additional travellers may be added to existing bookings. Additional fees or rate changes may apply. Please contact a Porter Escapes Travel Planner at 1-855-372-1100.

Cancelling hotel accommodations will result in the full cancellation of your Porter Escapes package. Please contact a Porter Escapes Travel Planner at 1-855-372-1100. If your reservation was made with a travel agent, please inquire with them directly.

You may reconfirm your Porter Airlines flight reservation online at flyporter.com, or with the assistance of a member of the Porter Airlines Call Centre team at 1-888-619-8622 at applicable rates.

Porter will work to get you to your destination as scheduled. Sometimes, events beyond our control or situations that we do not anticipate lead to flight delays, cancellations or diversions. If such a situation arises, we will do our best to advise of the situation and provide available options. If you are at the airport, please speak to a Porter customer service representative for direction. If further assistance is needed, please call Porter Escapes at 1-855-372-1100.

If you experience any dissatisfaction with your accommodations, it is always best to speak to the hotel Front Desk so they are aware of the situation. If the hotel does not provide an adequate solution, please contact us at 1-855-372-1100 or [email protected].

The Porter Escapes team will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, pet requests may not be confirmed if the flight you have selected has reached the maximum number of pets allowed on that particular flight, or if the hotel of your choice is unable to confirm a pet-friendly room. If you expect to be travelling with your pet, please be sure to specify this request at the time of booking so that we can work to accommodate you and your pet.

Travel add-ons

Yes, you may add seat selection to your Porter Escapes reservation at the time of booking, or prior to travel. For more details, click here.

All Porter Escapes reservations are entitled to a personal and a standard carry-on bag at no additional charges within the required size and weight allowance.

Checked baggage is also permitted at the Standard fee type.

Porter Escapes provides the option of adding Allianz Global Assistance travel insurance with your booking, or you may select it afterwards here.

Changes or updates to your coverage may be done directly with Allianz Global Assistance by calling 1-833-730-2281.

Tickets and travel documents

Once the reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your booking. At 30 days prior to your departure, you will receive an email containing electronic documents (eDocs) with all package details.

Included in the eDocs is a hotel accommodation voucher to be presented to the hotel upon check in. Please be advised that you will be required to present valid ID and a credit card upon check in.

Hotel related/During your trip

Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation and invoice email with all of your Porter Escapes package details. This is not your ticket or voucher. Your electronic documents (eDocs) are sent to your email address separately, 30 days prior to your departure, and include the hotel accommodation voucher to be presented to the hotel upon check in.

Please be advised that the hotel will require valid ID and a credit card upon check in.

Specific room requests can be made at the time of booking online or by calling us at 1-855-372-1100. You can also inquire with your travel agent. While we try our best to accommodate specific requests, not all requests are guaranteed to be met as they are based on availability and at the hotel’s discretion.

If you arrive and are unsatisfied with any aspect of your room, please speak directly with a representative from the hotel.

We will always identify any transfer or shuttle service available.

All pet-friendly hotels offered will be identified on each hotel details page. Note that fees and conditions apply to both flight and hotel, therefore please check before making your reservation.

Hotels provide a time whereby you are able to register at the front desk and be directed to your accommodation. If you arrive prior to the stated check-in time, the hotel may withhold your room key until accommodation is available at the designated time. Check-out time is the time required to vacate your room on your departure day. These times may vary by hotel. Please refer to the selected hotel for their specific check-in and check-out times.

If you require a different check-in or check-out time than what is provided, it may be requested with the hotel. Fees may apply and are paid directly to the hotel.

Many hotels have minimum age requirements and may request proof of age upon check in. If the hotel refuses check in, the guest is responsible for any costs incurred. Please refer to your preferred hotel’s information page for check-in requirements.
