Lost and Found

We will always try to assist in locating your lost item. However, Porter is not responsible for your lost or misplaced item. All items not claimed within 14 days will be donated.

Lost item at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (BBTCA)

If an item was lost at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport in a public area, including at the check-in counters, passenger lounges or the airport shuttle bus, please contact the airport Lost and Found, managed by Nieuport Aviation. The Airport Lost and Found is located on the Departures level, to the right of Security B.

Lost item at an airport other than BBTCA

If your item was lost at an airport, please contact the appropriate airport Lost and Found department directly.

Lost item on Porter Airlines flight

If you lost an item onboard a Porter Airlines flight, please include the following information with your inquiry at [email protected] or 437-222-6104.

For lost electronic items, please also include the following, if available:

Retrieving lost property at the Porter Lost and Found

All found items can be retrieved at the Porter Lost and Found located in the Domestic Baggage Hall on the Arrivals level. Please be ready to present your photo ID to the agent.

Hours of operation for the Porter Lost and Found

7:00 am – 10:00 pm EST

9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST

10:00 am – 10:00 pm EST

If you would like to have your item delivered to you by courier, this may be arranged at your own cost. Please provide:

  1. FedEx account number
  2. Delivery address
  3. Contact telephone number
  4. Estimated value of item (for customs/border crossing purposes)
