Effective November 24, 2016 the shuttle bus pick-up/drop-off location has been moved to the west entrance of The Fairmont Royal York Hotel, at the north-east corner of Front and York Street, just across from Union Station.
Porter continues to introduce technology improvements in support of a faster and more efficient travel experience. As part of these efforts, Porter only accepts debit or credit payments at check-in and the gate.
Beginning July 19, for all flights to the U.S., the U.S. Department of Homeland Security requires all personal electronic devices larger than a smartphone, such as laptops, tablets and consoles, be removed from protective carrying cases, covers and/ or packaging and have the ability to be powered on during the security screening process. Devices that do not meet these requirements will not be permitted past the security check-point or in checked luggage.
Connecting passengers may be subject to re-screening. Porter Airlines encourages passengers to arrive at the airport early, to allow for additional screening time and to arrive with devices charged to adhere to the enhanced screening process.

Passengers travelling with a passport issued by Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria or Yemen may currently enter the United States with a valid passport and visa. A U.S. permanent resident (green card holder) may travel with a valid passport from any country if both documents are presented.
Canadian dual citizens with citizenship of a designated country listed above may travel using their Canadian passport. Canadian permanent residents without a valid U.S. visa may apply for necessary travel documents at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
Note that border and consular officials continue to have discretion when evaluating individual entrants and applicants.

New entry requirement now in effect: visa-exempt foreign nationals who fly to or transit through Canada need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA).

If you are a dual Canadian citizen used to travelling to or transiting through Canada by air with a non-Canadian passport, you will no longer be able to do so as of November 10, 2016. You will need a valid Canadian passport to board your flight. More info.
