All of our E195-E2E One Night Five E Two aircraft are equipped with free inflight Wi-Fi. Refer to your itinerary to confirm the aircraft type that will be operating your flight.

You do not need to be a VIPorterV I Porter loyalty member to access inflight Wi-Fi services. However, if you log in as a VIPorterV I Porter member, your session will not be interrupted with an advertisement every 30 minutes.

No download is required. You can take advantage of our selection of free inflight entertainment by streaming the content directly in your browser. Or you can choose to stream content from your preferred streaming service.

Yes, you can still get unlimited Wi-Fi for your whole flight even if you’ve forgotten your password. It only takes a few extra steps.

All passengers travelling on flights equipped with inflight Wi-Fi will have unrestricted access to flyporter.com, so you can access the Forgot Your Password? page to reset your password at any time.

However, to access your personal email account and retrieve the verification email with instructions on how to complete your password reset, you’ll need to watch a short ad to access 30 minutes of free Wi-Fi.

When your 30 minute session expires, you'll be able to sign-in with your new password at porterwifi.com for unlimited Wi-Fi access for the rest of your flight.

You can use your mobile phone, laptop and other electronic devices from the moment you board your flight until advised by the flight crew to stow them during take-off and landing for safety reasons.

Please keep these things in mind during taxi, takeoff and landing:

• Put small devices in airplane mode and either hold or place the device under your seat.
• Laptops, virtual reality headsets and other large items cannot be held and should be turned off and put away.

Porter Wi-Fi is optimized for use on all major operating systems (e.g., Windows, mac-OS, iOS, Android) and for use with all major web browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari). Using other systems or browsers may not provide the same user experience.

You can expect a high-speed internet experience with a speed greater than 12 Mbps. This means the speed is comparable to that you might get at your home.

The convenience of inflight connectivity is offered on all our Embraer E195-E2 aircraft in partnership with Viasat. With Porter and Viasat you can now enjoy a home-quality internet experience from gate-to-gate.

Yes, it is possible to stream content from streaming platforms through the Wi-Fi service onboard Porter aircraft.

No, video calls or audio transmissions are not permitted inflight. Headphones or earbuds must be worn at all times when listening to audio.

Porter planes that are equipped with Wi-Fi also have power outlets at every seat, so you’re never at risk of running out of juice.

VIPorterV I Porter members can enjoy uninterrupted Wi-Fi access for the entire flight after they log in using their account.

Passengers who are not VIPorterV I Porter members can take advantage of 30 minutes of complimentary Wi-Fi access at a time. After that, you will need to select another advertisement to watch in order to extend your session for an additional 30 minutes.
