You’ve got choices when it comes to selecting your seat. And good news! There’s no middle seat, just an aisle or window. If you can’t decide, we can always choose one for you.
Get a bird’s eye view of the entire seat map so you can pick your favourite spot on the plane.
You may change your seat at any time, and pay the difference in price when applicable.
Please note that seat fees are non-refundable. If you change your seat to one of a lower price, a refund will not be provided.
If you have purchased a Freedom fare, you will receive a full refund for your premium seat purchase when your booking is refunded.
A prepaid seat cannot be guaranteed, as it may need to be changed for operational, safety or security reasons, even after boarding the aircraft. If we have to change your seat, we will do our best to seat you in a suitable alternative. If you have paid for a Premium seat, we will make an effort to seat you in another Premium seat.
If we are unable to offer you a suitable alternative seat, you may contact our Call Centre at 1-888-619-8622 to request a refund.

Aisle and middle armrests lift on all seats, except the Emergency Exit /Bulkhead seats (designed for storing service trays). All window armrests are fixed.
