Weather Advisory for Halifax - Friday, May 26, 2017

Unfavorable weather is forecast which may result in flight cancellations and delays. In the event that schedule changes occur, we will accommodate affected passengers and provide updated flight information as soon as it is available.

If your flight was cancelled or delayed and a new itinerary issued to you, we will send you an email notification to the address provided with your reservation. You will be able to review your new flight details and, in most cases, change or cancel your flight via a link in the same email.

If your flight was cancelled or delayed more than 30 minutes and you have not received an email notification, please visit My Bookings to view or modify your booking. Change fees will be waived in these scenarios.

Please note that Call Centre wait times may be longer than normal due to high call volumes. Thank you for your understanding as we work to get you where you need to go as quickly and safely as possible.

10 Minute Boarding Cut-Off

Downtown Toronto shuttle bus pick up/drop off relocation

Effective November 24, 2016 the shuttle bus pick-up/drop-off location has been moved to the west entrance of The Fairmont Royal York Hotel, at the north-east corner of Front and York Street, just across from Union Station.

Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) requirement for foreign nationals

Dual Canadian citizens need a valid Canadian passport

If you are a dual Canadian citizen used to travelling to or transiting through Canada by air with a non-Canadian passport, you will no longer be able to do so as of November 10, 2016. You will need a valid Canadian passport to board your flight. More info.
