Unfavorable weather is forecast which may result in flight cancellations and delays. In the event that schedule changes occur, we will accommodate affected passengers and provide updated flight information as soon as it is available.
If your flight was cancelled or delayed and a new itinerary was issued to you, we will send you an email notification to the address provided with your reservation. You will be able to review your new flight details and, in most cases, change or cancel your flight via a link in the same email.
If your flight was cancelled or delayed more than 30 minutes and you have not received an email notification, please visit My Bookings to view or modify your booking. Change fees will be waived in these scenarios.

Effective November 24, 2016 the shuttle bus pick-up/drop-off location has been moved to the west entrance of The Fairmont Royal York Hotel, at the north-east corner of Front and York Street, just across from Union Station.
Porter continues to introduce technology improvements in support of a faster and more efficient travel experience. As part of these efforts, Porter only accepts debit or credit payments at check-in and the gate.
Passengers travelling with a passport issued by Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria or Yemen may currently enter the United States with a valid passport and visa. A U.S. permanent resident (green card holder) may travel with a valid passport from any country if both documents are presented.
Canadian dual citizens with citizenship of a designated country listed above may travel using their Canadian passport. Canadian permanent residents without a valid U.S. visa may apply for necessary travel documents at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
