Don't let missing documentation get in the way of your travels. Whether you are flying within Canada or visiting another country, a valid piece of identification is required.

Note that passengers who are Nexus or Global Entry members must still carry a valid passport when traveling between Canada and the U.S., except when traveling from Canadian airports with CBP preclearance such as Toronto-Pearson and Ottawa International Airport.

Flexible booking options

All bookings, regardless of fare class, are fully refundable within the first 24 hours of purchase. For added flexibility, Porter is offering a Flight Change and a Flight Change + Refund option that can be added for a fee to any of our non-refundable fares.

Flight Change option

Our Flight Change option allows you to change your bookings as many times as you wish or cancel without incurring any change or cancellation fees. In the case of a cancellation, a full credit for the amount paid will be offered.

If you prefer to get a refund instead of a travel credit, Porter is offering a Flight Change + Refund Option that can be added for a fee to any of our non-refundable fares.

Use our easy and convenient online check-in from your computer or mobile device. It is available at any time within 24 hours of your departure and you can even add a checked bag or one of our travel options.

Electronic boarding pass

Fly paperless! After checking in online, download your boarding pass from your email right to your mobile device. You can either save it to your Apple Wallet or save the QR code for scanning at the airport.

Make our new Porter app your handy assistant from your home to your boarding gate. Check-in for your flight, retrieve your e-boarding pass and get the latest updates on your flight.

Check-in kiosk

Avoid long line-ups at the check-in counter by using our kiosks up to 1 hour before your flight. Print your boarding pass and baggage tags, all at once. Now available at most major Canadian airports.
