You want to be a pilot. And Porter is the perfect place for you. Our mentoring program will help you!
When you're accepted into our Destination Porter mentoring program, we'll pair you with a Porter Airlines pilot who will provide guidance in your career development. Once you've accumulated a minimum of 500 flight hours, you will have the option to interview at Porter Airlines for a First Officer position.
If you are successful with the interview and simulator evaluation you will be offered a conditional offer of employment at Porter, upon completion of the IATRA/ATPL exams and reaching 1000 hours total time.
Students who have successfully completed their program (or who will soon) may apply. Applicants that do not meet the criteria below may still apply but require a recommendation from the program delegate.
